2026 Spring YT Classes
Reserve your child's spot for Youth Theatre cases before they fill up! Students will get hands on experience with learning stage presents, voice projection, improvisation, and many other great skills that can be used both on and off the stage.
AUDITIONS: Jack & the Beanstalk – The Musical
Audition Dates & Times:
• Saturday, January 31 — 12:00–2:00pm
• Sunday, February 1 — 2:00–4:00pm
What to Prepare:
• About 16 bars of a song — must be with music (no a cappella). A speaker will be provided if needed.
• Cold reads from the script — come ready to show us your acting skills!
About the Show:
Set in the rolling hills of the Appalachian Mountains, this musical puts a country-flavored twist on the classic fairy tale. Follow Jack on a toe-tapping, heart-warming adventure filled with folksy melodies, mountain charm, and down-home humor. When Jack trades the family cow for magic beans, a towering beanstalk grows sky-high, leading to giants, a magical golden goose, and unforgettable lessons about bravery, honesty, and believing in yourself.
Show Dates:
• April 9–12
• Two performances on Saturday, April 11
Who Can Audition:
• Students in grades 2nd–12th
